Q. Do you store and distribute consumables? (Includes food and saleable items)

We don’t store consumables that are sold in a retail environment (eg Novels, food gift packs, camera's) however we do store some items with a value, such as promotional gifts and powertool accessories .  We arrange freight for consumables such as electronics, books etc, if they are a one off distribution (for example client gifts). We can store and distribute items such as spare parts for machinery. 

Q. Can you manage the back end fulfilment for promotions?

This totally depends on the type and size of promotion. Although we are not a fulfilment house we can manage some distributions. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
 

Q. Can I get 24 hours access to my stored items?

We are open at 8.30am and close and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You can access your goods only during the hours we are open.
 

Q. Are my goods insured for their delivery and does it cost extra?

Yes they are insured at no additional cost to you. To lodge a claim with us we must receive a written notification within 14 days of despatch.
If we receive notification after this it highly unlikely the claim will be upheld as the courier and freight companies enforce the 14 day closeout period.
 

Q. Are my goods insured when stored in your warehouse.

Yes they are insured at no additional cost to you. It is all covered within our contents insurance.
